Membership system Royal Belgian Chess Federation
This system is currently in final preparation for go-live but still in test. The data in this system will be completely erased and re-imported based on the existing Player Manager, during the first week of August. All membership administration is currently to be performed in the existing Player Manager. Changes in this system will not be persisted.

This system is scheduled to go live in the first week of August, 2026.
This system uses new login details. The credentials for the 'old' player manager do not work here. During go-live, relevant club administrators will receive login information to the new membership system, with administration access to all their club players (more info through the link above).
